WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR SPONSORSHIP:

  • Once the contract is signed and we have received your logo files, your logo will be published on the event website here.

    All packages also include logo display on screens during breaks.

  • We have made a selection of marketing materials for you to promote the summit in your own channels. Share the content to highlight why the event is worth attending, and why they should visit you during the summit.

    You will find all these marketing materials in this folder.

  • Tickets included in your sponsorship package for the conference, dinner, and VIP pre-event will be sent shortly after you have submitted your booth details in the Exhibitor Order Portal.

    In the portal, you enter the email address of the person who should receive the tickets. This person will receive a link to order all tickets included in your sponsorship package.

    If you would like to order additional tickets, use the code SPONSOR-TICKET for 40% off.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Please provide your brand guidelines and official logo files

    • All logo versions in different color variations, including a all-white version

    • Both horizontal and vertical formats

    • Preferred format: SVG (vector file with transparent background)

    • Alternative format: PNG (minimum 2000 px width; transparent background preferred, but not required)

    Send the files to margit@playroom.no

  • Submit your booth information in the Exhibitor Order Portal by 10th April, including:

    • Ticket recipient for all included tickets

    • Any equipment you plan to bring to your booth

    • If you need to ship items to the hotel in advance

    • On-site contact person

    • Booth setup time

    You can also order additional equipment or services through the portal.

  • Provide print-ready files for all items included in your sponsor package, as well as any additional equipment ordered via the portal.

    Upload files here by 14th April.

    • File format: editable PDF

    • Color system: CMYK

    • All images and logos must be embedded in the PDF

    • All fonts must be converted to outlines

    • Files must be delivered in net format (no bleed)

Q&A

  • Tickets will be sent shortly after you have submitted your booth details in the Exhibitor Order Portal.

    In the portal, you enter the email address of the person who should receive the tickets. This person will receive a link to order all tickets included in your sponsorship package.

  • The conference tickets included in your sponsorship are intended for staff attending and managing your stand. Additional colleagues from your company can use the code SPONSOR-TICKET to receive 40% off.

    To invite partners, clients, or other external guests, you are welcome to share the code NETWORK-TICKET, offering a 25% discount.

  • This may be due to one of the following reasons:

    1. The sponsorship contract has not yet been signed

    2. We have not received your logo files and brand guidelines.

  • Please first make sure that both logo files and brand guidelines have been shared with Margit at Playroom Event.

    If this has already been done, please inform us here so we can correct the issue.

  • Provide your print-ready files by 14 April. You’ll find the file specifications and design sizes for the equipment included in your package under "WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU".

    For any additional equipment ordered via the portal, design specifications can be found in your order confirmation.

    All equipment included in your package will be set up at your booth before your arrival. Furniture is not fixed, so you can arrange your booth area as you prefer. TV screens are delivered on movable stands with wheels.

  • No. Our design team can assist you with creating print files. You can book this service directly in the Exhibitor Order Portal.

    If you have already submitted your order but later decide you would like design assistance, please contact us directly.

  • Yes. If you plan to bring your own equipment to the booth, please register this in the Exhibitor Order Portal so we can plan the space and logistics accordingly.

  • The sponsor area has direct ground-level access, so large equipment can easily be brought in.

    Please inform us if you plan to bring especially large equipment.

  • Yes, you can ship materials to the hotel before the event. Please see “Other Important Information” for instructions and let us know what you plan to send.

    Due to limited storage space, shipments can arrive no earlier than 5 May 2026 at 08:00.

  • Load-in: Wednesday 6 May, 14:00–16:00
    Load-out: Friday 8 May, 16:00–17:00

    If you require alternative setup times, please let us know in the Sponsor Portal or contact Margit at Playroom Event directly.

  • Each TV includes an HDMI cable for connecting a laptop. It is also possible to bring content on a USB stick.

    The TV is placed on a stand.
