Rikke Gade Christensen

Director, Sustainable Sourcing, STARK Group

Rikke Gade Christensen is Director of Sustainable Sourcing at STARK Group and a member of the Group Sourcing management team. She is responsible for integrating sustainability into sourcing practices at group level and works closely with STARK Group business units across Northern Europe.

Rikke also has responsibility for product compliance, including the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). As STARK Group is a builders’ merchant, her work is closely linked to the construction industry.

Before joining STARK Group, Rikke gained experience in implementing sustainable sourcing practices across several industries, including pharmaceuticals and mining, with a focus on Scope 3 emissions and human rights due diligence.
She holds a Master’s degree in Intercultural Management from Copenhagen Business School.
