Per Thau is Chair, board member and Executive Advisor for retail and tech companies and is recognised for his leadership and expertise in retail, fmcg, tech and has a special strong insight into category/buying and supply chain.

He serves as chair of Coop Trading, that is the leading buyer of private label in the Nordic region with around 1/3 of the Nordic volume from SOK, Coop Sweden, Coop Norway and Coop Denmark. Per Thau is also member of GS1 global board and chair of the Nomination & Governance committee and member of the global GS1 Executive Committee. Moreover, Per is chair of FreshSens, Tech Nordic Advocates and Network Nation, member of board at Kwayga, Residential Industry Fellow at the Technical University of Denmark, Expert Judge at the Danish Commercial & Maritime Court and Officer of the Reserve.

Per Thau has a long background from both FMCG (Unilever) and Retail (Dagrofa and Coop) where Per Thau has worked at the top level management including Group CEO Dagrofa, EVP COO/CCO Coop Denmark, CEO Kvickly supermarkets, Category Director Coop and Dagrofa, Sales & marketing Director Unilever in Nordic.
