Lars-Fredrik Forberg is former CTO and Housing Development Director at Mestergruppen, one of Norway’s largest construction groups, where he led the digitalisation of product data, logistics and construction site operations across multiple brands and business units.

During his time at Mestergruppen, he collaborated with technology partners including APX Systems to develop new approaches for structuring and sharing product data across the construction value chain, supporting greater interoperability and efficiency.

With a background in industrial design engineering and an MBA, he focuses on how data standards can enable material traceability, real-time logistics integration, and smarter activity management on construction sites — and what this foundation means for the future of robotics in construction.
