Manager Data Quality | ICA Sweden

Kajsa Fägerblad is Area Manager of Data Quality at ICA Sverige and serves as ICA’s representative on GS1 Sweden’s Industry Council. With eight years at ICA, Kajsa is deeply passionate about data, analytics, and business development. Prior to joining ICA, she built a strong foundation as a Management Consultant, working across strategic and analytical engagements.

At ICA, the Data Quality organization is responsible for managing large volumes of master data, primarily related to product and supplier information. Kajsa and her team ensure high data accuracy and availability across the value chain. She also plays a key role in industry-wide collaboration with GS1, contributing to the development of data standards for ICA and the broader retail sector. One major focus area is the transformation toward 2D barcodes in retail - an exciting step forward for product information, traceability, and digital innovation.
