Henrik Scharfe is a senior strategist, global thinker and project leader currently at Lyngsoe Systems, where he drives complex international initiatives around data capture, traceability, and business architecture to support scalable and resilient digital ecosystems.
In his current role, Henrik works across product, technology, and operations teams to enable organizations to harness data-driven insights and navigate digital disruption effectively. His work bridges innovation strategy, implementation, and organizational transformation.
Prior to Lyngsoe Systems, Henrik founded and led Scharfe Consult, advising on digital transformation and innovative business architectures at enterprise scale, and served as CEO of Foundation Autonomous, shaping strategic approaches to emerging technologies.
Earlier in his career, Henrik spent over 15 years at Aalborg University as a professor and founding director of the Center for Computer-mediated Epistemology, where his research spanned AI, human-centered robotics, knowledge representation, and persuasive design.
Henrik has gained global recognition for the Geminoid-DK android project and is a sought-after international speaker on the societal and strategic implications of advanced technology.
He holds a PhD in Human-Centered Informatics and a Master’s in Humanistic Computer Science from Aalborg University.
