Elisa Gasperini is Director of Sustainability and Social Responsibility at Ahlsell Norway, where she is part of the management team and is responsible for implementing the company's sustainability strategy. She has broad experience in climate and environmental work, reporting, circular economy, producer responsibility, human rights and value chain transparency. With a background in both the business and international development sectors, she is passionate about creating real impact through data, insight and collaboration in supply chains. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Law and Arts from Auckland University and completed the inaugural Executive Master of Management Program in Green Growth at BI Norwegian Business School.
